Payment & Insurance Information

Emanuele Acupuncture accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discovery, personal checks and cash as payment for services. Currently the office does not bill insurance companies directly, however many patients get reimbursed through medical flex accounts. Receipts will be provided. Payment is preferred at the beginning of session.




Scheduling

You can schedule your next session at the beginning or end of your treatment.




Cancellation

Other than sudden emergencies, 36 hours advance notice is required for cancellations. Also, if you cancel with too short a notice but I am able to fill the slot you are not responsible for the fee. In all other cases you are responsible for appointments you make.




Confidentiality

All information is confidential, unless the patient requests that there be communication with his/her medical doctor or other health care providers.
